Educational Requirements:
For Trainee Assistant Officer( General) – MBM/MBA/Post-Graduation in any discipline from recognized Public/Private/Foreign University.
At least 02 (two) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA (i.e. CGPA 3.0) with no 3rd Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA (i.e CGPA 2.25 out of 4.0 and CGPA 2.0 out of 5.0)in entire academic records.
For Trainee Assistant Officer (Cash) – Graduation in any discipline from recognized Public/Private/Foreign University.
At least 01 (one) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA (i.e. CGPA 3.0) with no 3rd Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA (i.e CGPA 2.25 out of 4.0 and CGPA 2.0 out of 5.0) in entire academic records.
Age: Not exceeding 32 (thirty-two) years as on last date of application.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla
- Adequate Computer Literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office Package.
Compensation Package:
- Trainee Assistant Officer( General): The selected candidate shall be on probation for a period of 1 (one) yearwith a monthly consolidated salary of TK. 28000/-.
After successful completion of probationary period he/she will be absorbed as Assistant Officer in the bank with a monthly consolidated salary of TK. 39000/-.
2. Trainee Assistant Officer (Cash): The Selected candidate shall be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year a monthly consolidated salary of TK. 26000/-.
After successful completion of probationary period he/she will be absorbed as Assistant Officer (Cash) in the bank with a monthly consolidated salary of TK. 36000/-.
Other Instructions:
- Incumbents can apply only one of the above positions.
- Only published academic results are acceptable.
- Finally selected candidate must Sign an indemnity Bond to serve the bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years.
- Any incomplete Application or Discrepancy between online resume and original documents will be considered as a disqualification of the candidature.
- Any sort of influencing during the selection peocess will disqualify the canditdaure.
- O-Level and A-Level student should input equiva;ent CGPA authorized by the Education Board.
