Responsibility
- Helping customers with processing transaction, such as deposit, withdrawls, or payment, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering queries.
- Giving information to customers about bank’s product and services.
- Tracking, recording, reporting and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies and customer.
- Maintaining and balancing of cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
- Packaging cash and rolling coins.
- Keeping a clean and organized work area beside a professional appearance.
- Maintaining currency, transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Tracking Bank information and generating reports by using software.
- Pursuing Bank’s all financial, security regulations and procedures.
- Knowledge of working about BACH, BEFTN, RTGS.
- Checking Balance of cash daily before closing of vault.
- Maintaining of various register related to cash.
- Regularly Preparation of CTR, STR, torn note, AML and other works related to Cash Department.
- Locker maintenance.
