Educational Qualification
Management Trainee (Program)
♦ MBA or Master’s in Economics/Development Studies/Public Administration.
♦ At least two 1st (first) division/class/CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00/3.00 out of 4.00. and no 3rd (third) division/class/CGPA less than 2.50 out of 5.00 or CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 will be accepted.
District Manager Trainee
♦ MBA or Master’s with honors in any dicipline.
♦ At least two 1st (first) division/Class/CGPA 3.50 out of 5.00/CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and minimum 2nd (second) division/class/ CGPA 2.50 out of 5.00/CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 in rest other academic results.
Regional Manager Trainee
♦ MBA or Master’s with honors in any dicipline.
♦ Candidates who have degree in Economics/Development Studies/Public Adminstration will get preference. 3rd (Third) division/class CGPA less than 2.50 out of 5.00 or CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 will not be allowed

Probation period is 1 (one) year long. Conditions
♦ For performing regular office duties by riding a motorcycle, candidates should have a valid driving license.
