ASA is one of the leading and sustainable Microfinance Institutions (MFI) in Bangladesh. IT has extensive credit program all over Bangladesh. Now, they are seeking applications from competent, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individuals to fill up the following vacant positions:
Name and Number of Vacant Posts & Others:
All the positions mentioned below are purely field based. Therefore it will require extensive and regular monitoring visits to the branches, regions to conduct own duties and responsibilities.
♦ Management Trainee (Program) – 05
Qualification: MBA or Master’s in Economics/Development Studies/Public Administraton
Required CGPA: Candidates must have at least two 1st division/class/CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00/3.00 out of 4.00. and no 3rd division/class/CGPA less than 2.50 out of 5.00 or CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 will be accepted.
Maximum Age: 34 years
Monthly Salary: TK. 57,900
♦ District Manager Trainee – 10
Qualification: MBA or Master’s with honors in any dicipline
Required CGPA: Candidates must have at least two 1st division/Class/CGPA 3.50 out of 5.00/CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and minimum 2nd division/class/ CGPA 2.50 out of 5.00/CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 in rest other academic results.
Maximum Age: 34 years
Monthly Salary: Tk. 45,500
♦ Regional Manager Trainee – 20
Qualification: MBA or Master’s with honors in any dicipline
Required CGPA: Preference will be given to the candidates with degrees in Economics/Development Studies/Public Adminstration. No 3rd division/class CGPA less than 2.50 out of 5.00 or CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 will be accepted.
Maximum Age: 34 years
Monthly Salary: Tk. 42600
Salary & Others Benefits:
Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, an employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. All other admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund. Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee’s Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to a regularized/permanent employee.
♦ Job Location: Across the country
♦ Condition: Candidates should have a valid driving license to perform regular office duties using riding a motorcycle and according to the rules of the organization selected candidates will be required to deposit TK. 10,000 at the of joining the organization and they will get it back with applicable interest while living the organization.
♦ Deadline: 31/01/2025
